We’re currently seeking passionate individuals who are ready to make an impact in their community. Whether you’ve walked the journey yourself or bring professional expertise, your time and voice can be life-changing for someone in need.
🔹 We’re especially looking for:
- Individuals with lived experience in recovery, reentry, or healing who are willing to speak, host classes, or co-lead Grow Group sessions
- Volunteers who can offer a helping hand in our Detroit shelter — from organizing donations to assisting residents
- Licensed therapists willing to donate time for community-based mental health sessions or support groups
- Pro bono legal professionals interested in helping individuals navigate barriers to housing, employment, or family reunification

Our internships provide hands-on experience in behavioral health programs, nonprofit operations, and advocacy work — offering young people, especially those from diverse backgrounds, the opportunity to learn, lead, and earn while giving back.
